Everything was superb, very helpful staff made our stay very nice. Got clean room with a balcony as expected, loved it. The accommodation had a central location close to the tram station. The meal served at the terrace restaurant was outstanding.

Particularly good and fab position down the hill, in the nice little area. Outstanding food choices for breakfast.

Reasonably priced hotel, I had a very nice stay. The staff were efficient and amicable, with extra attention to the details. This accommodation had a central setting in the Old Town up the hill about three hundred metres from the Harbour. Spent a nice evening at Fabrizio's Restaurant, located close to the venue. I loved the food, it was outstanding and fine.

We were in a perfect and exceptionally nice location at a short distance from Mal Pas Beach. What's more, it was very close to Beach and old Town, the old town, up a hill and down a side street and cheap bars. The room was spotless where the window opened up on to, everything was superb.

The price was very affordable, perfect for a budget Christmas getaway. The hotel was located close to the old town and the beaches, which made it convenient for exploring and enjoying the sun. the breakfast options were varied and we always found something tasty to start our day.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. The staff, particularly at the bar, didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, which slightly dampened our overall experience.

It has a marvellous and fab location close to everything in Benidorm. And it's next to shopping centre and beach front, the Old Town up the hill and local restaurants and bars.
